ABOUT
PATTY
Patty Hale, a native of Washington has lived in Shoreline for more than 26 years. As an educator, Patty has worked with children of all ages and abilities. A substitute teacher for the past nine years, she has taught in every school in the Shoreline School District. Your child or grandchild may have been a student of Patty's in the gym or the classroom. She has first-hand experience with time management, understands the value of collaboration with colleagues, and has earned the respect and trust of staff and students.
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education, Eastern Washington University, 1977
- 2 years post-graduate study, Seattle Pacific University, 2009

Patty is married to her college sweetheart Gordon, who is a Superintendent for Turner Construction. They live in the Ridgecrest Neighborhood. Their daughter Geneva attended Shoreline schools K-12 and is a recent graduate from Willamette University. Patty is an enthusiastic sports fan. She plays co-ed Softball, has been a Volleyball official, managed girl's soccer, is an avid gardener, birdwatcher and plays golf.
